You may return any item along with all the included accessories in its original packaging for a refund, within 30 days of delivery or the date of pickup at the store location, subject to the conditions and exclusions below:
- All returned items must be in the same condition as sold, with all included accessories. If the condition differs, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
- Claims for the damaged item or missing accessories must be received within two business days of receipt/delivery of the item, and must be claimed by emailing at email@example.com
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, exchange, or alternatively a store credit can be requested by customers planning to order a replacement item.

- We’ll send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) that will be valid for 10 days. This will include your RMA number and return shipping information.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping cost and to prepare the item for return with original packaging box or appropriate protective materials (such as bubble wrap and foaming materials). Items packed with papers or fabrics and not acceptable. The customer is responsible if any damage is caused on the item during shipment.
- The customer is responsible to erase all personal data or programs(apps) from the item.
- We’ll promptly issue your refund once we receive and verify your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the subtotal (minus 15% restocking fee) within three (3) business days, unless the customer decides to exchange the product.
