 We understand that getting ESSENTIAL devices repaired is more crucial than ever during these challenging times. We are operating with limited hours and safety measures in place. If you believe your device is not essential to you please hold off on the repair.

 Computer doctor BG would like to inform you that we remain open by appointment only on a curbside pick up/ drop off, You can also opt to mail-in  the device or we may come to you and pickup/ drop it off ( additional fee will apply). We will be servicing MAC and PC devices only ( desktops and laptops, no custom builds towers). We won’t be able to service iOS devices( iPhone, iPad, Watch, Beats, Airpods) at this time.

 Our stores doors are locked, Once you park in front of the store please give us a call, so we can come to pick up your device.

Shipping Policy


  1. Free Shipping is available to addresses within the lower 48 states ONLY
  2. Free shipping is included for all orders to be delivered within the lower 48 states with the exception of PO Boxes and APO addresses.
  3. We ship via FedEx, unless stated otherwise. We process shipments within 1 day of your order, Monday to Friday, 9:30AM to 6:30PM PST. If you purchase an item Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday, your item will go out on the following Monday.
  4. You will automatically be emailed a tracking number when your order is shiped. If the tracking number is non-active, please allow twelve (12) hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
  5. All items over $300 require signature upon delivery per our policy. Please provide a shipping address where you are able to sign for the package during business hours. If you are unavailable to sign, FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver. You can also call 1-800-G0-FEDEX and ask them to hold your package at a FedEx location for pickup. Be sure that the address displayed on the checkout is the address you want for delivery. We are required to ship to this address per our policy, and we are unable to change your shipping address after payment has been made.
  6. We package our items carefully with bubble wrap, peanuts, and sturdy cardboard boxes. In the rare case that your item does arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately, by emailing us at support@computerdoctor-bg.com. All shipping claims must be submitted and approved by the carrier (FedEx) before a refund can be issued. Typically, FedEx will pick up the item and packaging for inspection.
